Susan Doban Architect, PC, is an architectural firm focusing on educational, residential, and commerical projects for public and private clients. We are dedicated to fostering a strong working relationship with our clients and with those who build our projects to help ensure a gratifying result from all perspectives. We believe that the best design is a reflection of the client's needs, both functionally and aesthetically. This approach has naturally led to repeat projects for many clients, including the following:
More than ten projects on Main Street in New Rochelle in the past five years, including four major projects for Monroe College and two for New Rochelle BID.
More then 20 renovation projects for New York City Public Schools, distributed among all five boroughs, and both for the NYCSCA and the NYCDDC
Work on both site planning and interior design aspects of the renovation of a nineteeth century warehouse (Redhook Stores) on the Brooklyn waterfront into a residential complex featuring traditional and live-work units, along with a gourmet food market(Fairway).
